Refund Policy

Exchanges
Our policy is only good for Same value product exchanges.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping, If your product is damaged eather you can send us a picture ( sales@platinumxcbd.com )and trow the product away, or send us the product back,

To complete your Exchanged, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your Exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your Exchange will be processed, and a replacement will be sent.

Late or missing Exchanges (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a Exchange yet, first check email for promo code again.
There is often some processing time before a Exchange is processed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be Exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@platinumxcbd.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and exchange is shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your Exchange. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Exchange to the gift giver and he will find out about your Exchange.

Shipping
To Exchange your product, you should email us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for Exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Exchange, the cost of Exchange shipping will be deducted from your Exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your Exchange item.

We ship orders received Monday through Thursday the following business day via United States Postal Service (USPS) First class mail or FedEx, depending on weight. Orders received on weekend days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following next business day (Monday), excluding major holidays.

Orders placed on a federal holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Shipping on all orders is free at this time, subject to change.
